Summary

This patch adds the gripper to the AR4 description

Testing

./docker/run.sh -s ar4_gazebo --build

Prepare the environment and launch the main.launch.py file

source /opt/ros/humble/setup.bash
colcon build
source install/setup.bash
ros2 launch ar4_gazebo_bringup main.launch.py

NOTE: MoveIt is not configured yet so you may see some errors
