πŸ›‘οΈ TEOS Sovereign Security Stack

Runtime Protection for Autonomous Systems β€” Constitution-Bound

The missing deterministic safety layer between AI Generation and Real-World Execution.

Governance: ICBC License: TESL v2.0 Standards: GovStack β€’ W3C DID Status: Live

"Law governs Code. Humans govern Systems. AI serves Authority."

🧠 Overview

TEOS Sovereign Security Stack is a modular, constitution-bound execution control infrastructure designed for sovereign governments, institutions, and autonomous AI systems.

It enforces a mandatory Validate step before any high-impact execution, closing the dangerous gap in today’s AI pipelines.

Not just another scanner or monitoring tool β€” it is a policy-as-code + human-in-the-loop control plane rooted in the ICBC Constitution and Egyptian digital sovereignty frameworks.

Governed by TEOS Sovereign License (TESL v2.0) β€” not MIT, not Apache.

All deployments must include audit manifests and respect human-in-the-loop requirements for high-impact actions.
