It's not like I still have admin over this repo, I would personally prefer adding the target to full linux tests though.
The RUSTSEC doesn't matter at all (as far as I can tell at least), users of the generated code have their own lockfiles anyway, and bytes are only used transitively through prost. Though, silencing it with a cargo update -p bytes would be nice.
