Copy transaction comment when changing report

Explanation of Change

Wether we should show amount for distance transaction or not is decided based on result of hasRoute function. If transaction's comment doesn't have customUnit.quantity then hasRoute returns false. It is root cause of this bug because comment wasn't copied by changeTransctionsReport and because of offline mode it wasn't fetched.

Tests

1. Open the Expensify app.
2. Open any workspace chat.
3. Create a map distance expense.
4. Delete the just created expense.
5. Navigate to "Reports" > "Expenses"
6. Tap on "Filters" > "Status" > "Deleted"
7. Apply the selected filter.
8. Once redirected to results, turn off internet connection.
9. Long tap and select the just deleted distance expense.
10. Tap on dropdown menu > "Undelete"
11. Navigate to Self DM.
12. Note that the just undeleted expense shows correct amount on preview.
13. Open the expense.
14. Note that "Amount" field is displayed correctly

• Verify that no errors appear in the JS console

  • I verified proper file naming conventions were followed for any new files or renamed files. All non-platform specific files are named after what they export and are not named "index.js". All platform-specific files are named for the platform the code supports as outlined in the README.
  • I verified the JSDocs style guidelines (in STYLE.md) were followed
• If a new code pattern is added I verified it was agreed to be used by multiple Expensify engineers
• I followed the guidelines as stated in the Review Guidelines
