reopenOnFocusWhenValidaccessible-autocomplete prop a configurable option for consumers of o-autocomplete.These changes are dependent on this PR Financial-Times/accessible-autocomplete#45 (which contains a more detailed description of the rationale) and will need a further commit to consume those changes once they are released.
