RISC-V RV32 SMP port for QEMU virt platform
Description
A practice project for FreeRTOS SMP, using QEMU virt platform.
Test Steps
The port has been tested with "Demo/ThirdParty/Community-Supported-Demos/RISC-V_RV32_SMP_QEMU_VIRT_GCC" using 2 and 4 cores of QEMU emulation.
