Added inf server support, when a ban is created/modified on any server, it sets a sync flag with a timestamp that stays active for 3 sync cycles (180 seconds), giving all connected servers multiple chances to detect and sync the change before the flag automatically resets, tested on 5 servers connected to each other, works fine
