Provide dedicated service available route for uptime status

The available server routes (/register, /submit) depend on form data and are not suited to be used for automated uptime status checks.

The status could be checked via the assets route e.g. /assets/css/custom.css but it might be good to provide a dedicated route to check for the status of the service e.g. route /status.
