We introduce a
USE_DSLenvironment variable that enable the use of the DSL by modifying thePYTHONPATHNote: an argument could be made that the
PYTHONPATHshould be filled no matter what with the installedPythondirectory of the GEOS build process. In the spirit of the DSL integration we keep those changes behind theUSE_DSLenvironment variable.Related PR: GEOS-ESM/ESMA_env#178
