@gmao-rreichle I fixed up the spack CI issue. You must have made this PR in the like 10 minutes when I fixed that up in v12. It should be happy. |

@sdrabenh : Here's the "regrid.pl cleanup" PR on top of the v12 GCM branch.
I still need to inspect if the change in spack-ci.yml is good or needs to be removed from the PR. I'll examine ASAP.
