This PR adds a species model for Pantherophis spiloides. It was trained on assembly GCA_037575465.2 (Canadian BioGenome Project, 98.8% BUSCO completeness) using miniprot alignments alignments from P. guttatus as training gene models. This is a helpful addition as there are currently no colubrid model, and very few reptile models. It should improve ab initio gene prediction for Pantherophis and other related species.
