Open http://127.0.0.1:4318/#real locally: import → check protein/experiment/membrane → describe lanes once → batch proposals → manual review → CSV, SVG/PNG/TIFF, and project archive. Supported 8/16-bit pixels are measured directly on the device; default analysis does not send images to a remote service. Cloud-project code is reserved for future activation; this first edition uses local project files, as described below. The workspace includes rolling-ball background correction, lane-projection sampling proposals (manual review required), a one-click analysis API with prioritized recommendations, and step-by-step guidance. The default figure combines bars, individual-unit points, and mean ± SD, with an optional paired-line view. A common baseline changes the display scale without validating cross-batch comparability. Testing is off by default; an explicit selection tests paired differences of original target/reference ratios.

In the development version, User guide / 使用教程 in the sidebar opens the standalone #guide page. It follows the top-right EN / 中文 language switch and can also be opened by appending #guide to the local app URL. The published 0.1 site does not yet have this new entry; use the repository guides below.

任意仪器格式、可靠的无人复核分析、技术重复合并、自动跨膜校准、ANOVA/非参数及多重比较流程、发表组图排版、WB 内的免疫荧光分析及 Wisp Science 插件仍未实现。当前自动定位是需人工复核的本机候选，不代表科研准确性。
Arbitrary instrument formats, reliable unattended analysis, technical-replicate aggregation, automatic cross-membrane calibration, ANOVA/nonparametric/multiple-comparison workflows, publication figure composition, immunofluorescence within WB, and Wisp Science integration remain unimplemented. Local automatic proposals require human review and do not establish scientific accuracy.

Browser tests require the matching Playwright browser environment. Listing commands does not claim they have run. Consult the released-demo validation and development API validation separately. Passing workflow tests does not validate a scientific method.
2026-10-20 开发版本加入可选账号与项目保存；本文说明代码的数据路径，不代表云服务已在生产环境启用。账号不是分析的前提：游客可以本机分析，并通过“本地项目”下载或打开可恢复项目包。新建、载入示例或确认打开另一个项目会替换对应模式的当前工作区；清除站点数据、换浏览器或换来源可能使本机保存不可用，浏览器保存不是备份。
The 2026-10-20 development edition adds optional accounts and project saving. This describes the code's data paths, not production activation. Accounts are not required for analysis: guests can analyze locally and download or open recoverable archives through Local project. Creating a project, loading an example, or confirming another project replaces the current workspace for that mode. Clearing site data or changing browsers/origins can make local work unavailable; browser storage is not a backup.

The following cloud behavior applies only to a future deployment with this capability explicitly enabled; it is disabled in the first edition. Cloud saving requires explicit confirmation and uploads a project archive that can include original experimental images or tables, filenames, sample labels, ROIs, settings, and results. Signing in or viewing history does not automatically upload or replace analysis; restoring requires selecting Open this version and confirming. Cloud saves retain separate versions rather than providing continuous background backup. Account authorization restricts access, but server administrators can access stored data; this is not end-to-end encryption. Archives exclude account tokens and local API keys.

The same account works across tools, while each website origin stores its own login state and may require a separate sign-in; desktop uses one application origin. This edition has no automated password recovery. Login tokens are session-only by default; Remember me makes the token persistent. Passwords are not stored in browser storage or project archives. Websites, local servers, and desktop do not automatically move data between their stores; continue elsewhere through local archive export/import; cloud save/restore is disabled in this edition.

GitHub Pages serves static assets and synthetic examples, so opening the site makes network requests. The optional development API test sends the built-in synthetic PNG and prompt to your configured service, not the current project or experimental images. The local service holds the key only in memory; it is not returned, persisted in browser storage, or exported with projects. Restarting clears it. Providers may charge for requests; a local timeout or cancellation does not guarantee remote billing stops.

桌面封装与打包流程已准备，复用同一套网页构建，在 app://wisplab/ 内载入安装包资源；核心 WB、病理及 PCR 分析和本地项目操作可离线运行。首版不开放云同步；可选账号登录需要网络，远程 AI 也受网络与服务配置限制；首版不捆绑 WB 本机视觉代理。当前默认安装包未签名、未经过 Apple 公证或 Windows 发布者验证，不能据此宣称各平台已验收或安装包已公开发布。
The desktop shell and packaging workflow are prepared. They reuse the same web builds and load bundled resources under app://wisplab/; core WB, pathology, PCR analysis and local project operations work offline. Cloud sync is disabled in this edition; optional account login requires connectivity, and remote AI depends on network and service configuration; the first edition does not bundle the WB local vision proxy. Packages are unsigned by default, without Apple notarization or Windows publisher verification. This does not establish platform acceptance or a publicly released installer.

Desktop has no automatic updater, and website updates do not replace an installed application. A new desktop version must be deliberately packaged, released, and installed. Export projects before rolling back, since older software may not support newer project formats. See the desktop guide and account, sync, and release handoff.
