Third attempt at fixing issues with tide graph path creation previously encountered in #1413, #1408. This time, avoid
odc-geoaltogether and get GetFeatureInfo x and y coordinates directly from thexarraycoordinates (assuming these will be inEPSG:3857, which should always be the case on DEA Maps).Will wind this back when opendatacube/datacube-ows#1522 is released and available.
