Multiplayer Killfeed not scaling

I understand that this mod was not tested on multiplayer, however it appears to work and does not result in a PunkBuster ban in my experience.

Currently it seems the killfeed is not upscaled, appearing very small at 3440 x 1440 resolution.

The game seems have no logic for some element scaling, they just render as fixed size.
I'n unable to solve this, but if someone can do it, PR welcome.

Check fb::UIMessageComp::draw 0x0092d630

nop 6 bytes at 0092d6db did the job for me.

basically I changed

auto scale = fb::DxRenderer::getViewport()->width / 1280.0;
if (scale > 1.f) {
    scale = 1.f;
}

to

auto scale = fb::DxRenderer::getViewport()->width / 1280.0;
if (scale > 1.f) {
    // nop
}

Something like this should work

Edit: okay spacing between multiple kill messages is not optimal. it is too close.
