feat: implement Timesheet page UI

1. Implemented Timesheet page based on Figma design
2. Added summary cards (Active, Late, Absent, Completed)
3. Added search and filter functionality
4. Built responsive table layout with status indicators
5. Integrated navigation and routing
6. Used mock data for frontend implementation

Checkout the branch in the local to test the functionality. The timesheet tab is not on the header and I am not able to redirect to the page. As per the design that was provided, the timesheet tab should be on the header and when I click on it, it should come up. Please make the changes and raise the PR again.
