Wandering Pyrotechnician Datapack

This datapack adds a custom "Pyrotechnician" tradesman to the game.

FEATURES:
- Wandering Traders have a 50% chance to spawn as a Pyrotechnician.
- They sell Randomly Generated Firework Rockets (Flight 1-3, Random Colors/Shapes).
- They sell Fireworks Supplies (Paper, Gunpowder, Feathers, Fire Charges).
- They sell Random Firework Stars and Dyes.
- They buy Firework-adjacent supplies (Charcoal, String, Redstone, Glowstone, Gold Nuggets)

INSTALLATION:
1. Place this .zip file into your world's "datapacks" folder.
2. Run /reload in-game.
