Fix slurm on manivald

• add more args to slurm config during submission: --mem , --mem-per-cpu , --cpus.
• columnflow , cmsdb , law, order are updated but also CF now point to https://github.com/HEP-KBFI/columnflow so that it pick up all patches needed , see here : https://gitlab.cern.ch/hh-multileptons-full-analysis/hh-multileptons-doc/-/issues/20
• allow for --limit-dataset-files=1 when fast test are needed, supported for :

• add more export to .setups/template.sh as well to setup.sh
• update order of lfn_sources
• update Readme
• you can deactivate venv of multileton now using deactivate_multilepton and stay on the same terminal. Should make life easier for those working on lxplus.
• switch back to the default version of pyarrow==21.0.0 , remove the patch for pyarrow==18.1.0 and see if there any issue on manivald @tolange
