Summary
I am excited to create this PR for my first open source contribution!
This spoon - which I call "ZeroOffset" - toggles UTC time in the menubar. It is useful for anyone that looks at logs or database entries in UTC often.
I followed the Spoon api conventions. The Spoon is compatible with SpoonInstall and manual installation.
I host the Spoon on my github here. I have a CI with automated tests, linting and build steps.
