#528

Issue:
In light mode, the current Civix logo has low contrast (light green location pin and light grey text), which makes it hard to see and reduces brand visibility. This impacts user experience and accessibility for people with visual impairments.

💡 Describe the Solution
Introduce separate logo versions for dark mode and light mode:

Dark Mode: Keep the existing color scheme (light green + light grey).
Light Mode: Use a darker, richer green for the pin, and darker text for better contrast.
Optionally, add a thin outline or subtle shadow to improve visibility across backgrounds.
