- Add multilingual README links section (30 languages via readme-i18n.com)
- Pin version badge to 0.5.0 with correct release tag link
- Add "What's New in v0.5.0" section covering Distance Intelligence, Ontology Hub Suite, Parquet ingestion, indexed search, and security fixes
