Feat: refactor stdout envelopes

Motivation

WIP

This PR aims to simplify the logic of creating StdOutgoingEnvelopes using combination of Factory and Builder design pattern.

I opened this PR mainly to get feedback about the API DX wise so any feedback is welcome!
