Another attempt at debugging this.

May be brew's ELF parsing

Need to try locally to get better debug logs as error is happening in brew sometime after Formula#install. But not sure where yet. Maybe ELF parsing given Julia builds outside our superenv so binaries may not be structured exactly like some brew code is expecting.
