- 1 cup of rice
- Cooking oil
- A jar of salt
- 500g of minced meat
- 2 onions
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 garlic
- 1 ginger
- Cut one onion and fry it with oil in a wide pan
- Wash the rice and add it to the pan once the onion turn light brown
- Add salt and stir
- Fry for a few minutes then add two glasses of water
- Cover and allow to boil.
- Cut one onion and fry it with oil in a wide pan
- Once the onions turn brown, add the 500g of minced beef to the pan, add salt and stir
- Blend the tomatoes and make a paste
- Add the paste to the pan once the beef cooks and turns brown
- Stir and add 2 pinches of salt
- Once the paste and beef cooks, add water and let it boil
- Serve the meal.
