Rationale for this change
The form section on the Rent Car page was not properly styled in dark mode, leading to poor contrast, readability issues, and inconsistent appearance compared to other sections. This update improves the overall visual experience and ensures a uniform dark mode design.

What changes are included in this PR?
Added dark mode styling for the vehicle form section on the Rent Car page.
Updated background, text, and input field colors for better contrast and readability.
Styled the form card, labels, and buttons to match the dark theme.
Ensured smooth hover and focus effects for input fields and buttons.
Improved overall layout responsiveness in dark mode.
