Rationale for this change
The home page’s Review and Our Blog sections currently lack interactive feedback when users hover over cards. Adding hover effects improves user engagement, visual hierarchy, and provides a more modern, polished UI feel.

What changes are included in this PR?
Added CSS hover effects for both Review and Blog cards.
Cards now have smooth transitions with lift-up, shadow, and image zoom effects.
Buttons in cards now feature color transitions and slight scaling for better interactivity.
Updated the CSS to ensure consistent animation speed and responsive compatibility across devices.

Are these changes tested?
Yes, tested across major browsers:
Chrome
Firefox
Edge
All hover animations work smoothly without layout shift or performance issues.

Are there any user-facing changes?
Yes.
Users will now experience visual hover animations when interacting with cards in:
Our Blog section
Review section
This makes the homepage feel more dynamic and engaging.
