Rationale for this change

The navbar and footer required consistent styling across light and dark themes. This change ensures proper appearance, spacing, and readability while respecting theme toggling.

Plz once again check the assigned level . I had styled both navbar and footer . I had to change the footer completely . I would like to request you to check once again the assigned level.
