Description:
This PR introduces a fully styled Navbar and Footer component for the blog page. The design focuses on improving navigation, visual consistency, and responsiveness across devices.

Tested changes?
Verified responsiveness on mobile, tablet, and desktop.
Checked link navigation and hover states.
Validated dark/light theme toggle functionality (if applicable).

Used CSS for styling.
Followed a minimalist aesthetic matching the blog’s theme.
Added smooth hover transitions and padding for visual balance.
Ensured proper color contrast for accessibility.
