Fix header Home link and correct footer links on blog pages

Rationale for this change

On the blog.htmlpage, the Home link in the header was not working, leading to a file not found error.
Additionally, footer links were incorrect, affecting navigation and user experience.
Fixing these links ensures smooth navigation and consistent functionality across the website.

• Updated the Home link in the header to point to the correct index.html file
• Corrected all footer links to ensure they point to the correct pages
• Verified that header and footer links work correctly on all pages

• Opened blog.html and blogListing.html in a browser and confirmed the Home link works
• Checked all footer links and confirmed they navigate to the correct pages
