Rationale for this change
What changes are included in this PR?
Centered the “Get started in 4 simple steps” heading and subtitle.
Added vertical padding to the .get-start section for balanced spacing.
Ensured consistent alignment between the heading, subtitle, and step cards.
Updated related CSS for improved responsiveness and visual appeal.
Are these changes tested?
Yes — the layout changes were manually tested on multiple screen sizes (desktop, tablet, and mobile).
The section now renders with consistent spacing and alignment in both light and dark themes.
No functional logic was affected; changes are limited to styling.
