Rationale for this change
The About page lacked a proper footer section for navigation and branding consistency.
Adding a styled footer improves the page’s completeness, user experience, and overall design coherence with the rest of the site.
What changes are included in this PR?
Implemented responsive design using CSS.
Included About info, Quick Links, and Contact details sections.
Ensured visual consistency with existing site color palette and typography.
Updated About page to include the footer at the bottom.
