Summary

add RocketMQQueueConfig
implement RocketMQPipeline for pushing items to RocketMQ
expose new pipeline in package exports
require rocketmq-client-python for RocketMQ support

Testing

pytest -q (fails: ModuleNotFoundError due to missing dependencies)
