Changement du narratif FRCore suite à la réunion de décembre 2025

Description des changements | Description of changes made

  • Précision de l'utilisation de FRCore
  • Mise à jour des priorités pour mieux refléter la situation actuelle (utiliser R4 et faire le choix de la transition R6 en fonction des décisions EEDS)
