This PR adds the Russian manga source catalog to the current UMA
unstablestructure.The original contribution targeted the legacy
org.koitharu.kotatsu.parsersAPI. All contributed parsers, shared adapters, tests, and fixtures have been migrated to the currenttsukinamespace and updated to work with the latest upstream structure.Changes
