Add a model file with dust variables in for the lfric2um dust transformation ctests

Description

This PR is to add a file that has lfric and um model dust fields in it, to be used for some of the vader ctests for dust variable transforms. The model fields are:

4 LFRIC fields

• mass_fraction_of_dust_coarse_aerosol_particles_in_air
• mass_fraction_of_dust_accumulation_aerosol_particles_in_air
• number_fraction_of_coarse_aerosol_particles_in_air
• number_fraction_of_accumulation_aerosol_particles_in_air

2 UM fields, derived from the above dust fields:

• mass_fraction_of_dust001_in_air
• mass_fraction_of_dust002_in_air

I used the lfricjedi_write_gauss_state ctest to create this file, taking inputs of the 4 LFRIC fields and deriving the 2 UM fields, then regridding.

Checklist

• I have checked the 2 new vader ctests in the companion PR pass with this file. I've also plotted some maps of the fields in this file at different levels to check they seem reasonable.
