Description
This PR implements:
javac-rs-classfilecratejavac-rs-compilercrateReasoning
The reason for both projects to be implemented via one single PR is that compiler is based on classfile API while the latter's implementation design depends on the former.
Aims
Current aim is to implement the latest specification (i.e. JVM Specification 15); however, it may happen so that initially only LTS specification (JVM Specification 8 or JVM Specification 11) will be fulfilled.
