Basically it is Sikkim School Management Portal. In this portal we are providing our users to interact with google sheets and update the data regarding the Schools on it. Moreover, that data will be added in the data base so, that the user can easily fetch the data.
These are the services which will help the education system of Sikkim to manage the data of the students. These services will also help the faculty to update the data students and sync the data when network is available.
- CREATE: This website will provide all the necessary tools to help our mission. This website will help the faculty and education department to see the students data at any time.
- RETRIEVE: Faculty can read the data of the students whether online on the website or offline.
- UPDATE: Faculty can update the details of the students whether on the website or offline.
- DELETE: Faculty can delete the details of students whether on.
It is very user-friendly portal. As, it can be used by non-computing faculty also. So, following are the tricks and tips to use it:

Super Admin: They will be the boss of all the admins, all the registering task will be done by the super admin as registering of district admin, block admin and school admin. Moreover, they will be the only one for adding, deleting and updating school information. They will be the one for deleting and updating other admin’s information too. Moreover, any query that will be coming from district admin they will be resolving that also.

District Admin: They will be working under super admin and keep a check on the block admin. They can put the query to the super admin and if they can resolve the query of the block admin they are free to do so.

Block Admin: As a same they will be working under district admin, but will be keep an eye on the school admin. Any query that a school arises, they will be the one to send that forward to the district admin. Moreover, if that are facing any issue they are also free to ask from the district admin.

School Admin: They will be keeping check on the faculty of their respective school. Moreover, they will register the teacher and will be allotting them the classes. If they face any issue in the school, that will be putting their query to the higher admins.

Faculty: They are going to keep the record of the students of their specific class as personal details, fee status, marks and attendance.
