Note

Shifts NuGet publishing to trusted/OIDC-based auth and simplifies the push step in the publish.yml workflow.

  • Adds NuGet/login@v1 step to obtain a short‑lived API key via OIDC (secrets.NUGET_USER) and expose NUGET_API_KEY
  • Replaces PowerShell looped push with a single dotnet nuget push artifacts/my-sdk.nupkg using the generated API key
