This is the same version currently available on my development repo.

Increased stability when installing ringtones
Ringtone installer have multiple fallbacks if installation fails.
App will question ToneLibrary for missing identifiers on app load

ToneHelper

• Fixed an error with permissions on tweak data files which caused multiple imports, no imports and other weird bugs
• Added a lot more logging and logging to file (warning: only use for short periods if you have a problem, the file can get big)
• Added code that runs on first run and removes all duplicated ringtones and makes sure needed files and folders exist.
• Fixed an issue where "Spark mail" would crash when this was installed

ToneHelper

Fixed a bug where ringtones won't import if the Ringtones folder does not already exist (it's created when a ringtone is imported from iTunes or iTunes store on the device).
Respring button wasn't working, fixed it.
Now just waiting for an answer from BigBoss and it will be available there. It is available on my repo already, https://jesperflodin1.github.io
