[Question] @michaelfaith I'm confused: when I run npx prettier . --write without these changes, the .all-contributorsrc file does get parsed as JSON and written to properly. So why would this fix things?

Super weird. It was failing for me locally at one point, which this resolved. But it isn't now. So I'm not sure what was up with my local. It looks like the real issue was the all-contributors didn't format as part of its PR?
