v0.10 refactors pretty heavily. I'll try making a PR on Wednesday to starts the migration. |

This pull request changes the compat entry for the
JuliaBUGSpackage from0.8, 0.9to0.8, 0.9, 0.10.This keeps the compat entries for earlier versions.
Note: I have not tested your package with this new compat entry.
