Adapt InferenceBenchmarks to work with both older Julia versions that have Compiler.WorldView and newer versions that replaced it with OverlayCodeCache (JuliaLang/julia@998cb27). Uses isdefined checks to conditionally use the appropriate cache interface for each version.
