CUDNN: Rebuild v8.2.1 - to use CUDA_Runtime

I don't see that explained there; why is there a dependency on a specific patch version? I would assume that both TensorRT versions would be compatible with CUDNN 8.2.4, no?

CUDNN v8.2.1 is used as the build version for the TensorRT recipe v8.0.3 (and v8.0.1) - it would probably work just fine to replace the build version with v8.2.4 - I just remember putting quite a bit of effort into getting the right patch versions...

Maybe try using 8.2.4 first? If it doesn't work, let me know here and I'll upload the 8.2.1 binaries.

Right - good idea.

No current amount of searching can conjure up a raison-d'être for v8.2.1 :-)

... err - I don't think we strictly need v8.2.1, but I think I figured out that the reason for v8.2.1 was to have the exact same versions as Nvidia provides for those old Jetson 4.6 distributions (the v8.2.4 aarch64-linux-gnu CUDNN binaries are from https://developer.download.nvidia.com/compute/cuda/repos/ubuntu1804/arm64 rather than from the APT sources @ https://repo.download.nvidia.com/jetson/).
