This PR rewrites part of the functions of CHP.c with the permission of Scott Aaronson.

Types and methods below is included in this PR :

  • Hadamard gate HadamardUnit
  • CNOT gate CNOTUnit
  • Phase gate PhaseUnit

and for storing stabilizer states, type stlzstate is added into state.jl
