When using get_ranked_entries, pls follow the following convension for input:

Region(include the quotations): North america: 'na1' korea: 'kr' (If you are interested in other regions please search it up yourslef on the riot api website)

Tier (Top till diamond): Is the same with the original tier name, but in upper case. EX: diamond = 'DIAMOND'

Division (from 4 to 1): 'IV', 'III', 'II', 'I'
