MakeEventOption.sol : 이벤트 생성 후 이벤트 지갑에 각 옵션토큰들 발행량 전부 송금 하는 컨트랙트
BetEvent.sol : 유저가 베팅하면 그만큼 돈받고 토큰 제공하는 컨트랙트. 이벤트 내 전체 판매량 대비 해당 옵션의 판매량 비율을 옵션의 가격에 곱해서 가격 변화시킴
