The patches will be part of RO and RP-1 proper.
- "Stockify" the upgrade descriptions. - Decrease power efficiency to account for KSP EC generation/consumption (might need further debuffs). - Separate the Kopernicus pass to its own file.
- Update the stock KSP Kopernicus CommNet station patches (hard-coded antenna types and upgrades to avoid multi-patching pass issues). - Remove support patches for other solar system (these should be included with the respective mods).
- Remove stock antenna patches (already included in RO). - Remove tech level 10 upgrade (must be moved over to RP-1).
- Also fix the dimensions of the main RA icon being NPOT.

This PR separates the RealismOverhaul and RP-1 patches from base RealAntennas to allow use by other stock/stockalike solar systems and RealSolarSystem.
Both RO and RP-1 must be updated to re-add the missing support. I have provided sample patches for both mods to make interop testing easier.
