Changes:

• Some needed refactoring
• OH boi functions are a thing now
• Add function icanhas to get variable named by another variable
• Allow using any type of token as an identifier (this actually simplifies the interpreter too)
• Add comments (using sql-style -- syntax 'cause it seems appropriately silly)
• Rename "cat" function to "nyan"
