Added Infineon_EasyPIM_2B

I had tried to create IGBT_Module library also in a previous PR, but i've updated lib-table also here so i think it doesn't matter.
I thought we kind of need a library like this for power modules. If not desired inform me to change those PRs.
I do have some more symbols and footprints to submit similar with this part but i will submit seperate as soon as i see how currently open PRs proceed.

Edit:
I just saw letters instead of numbers for footprint pins. I wasn't aware of that. I custom-numbered them to avoid travis violation after KLC S4.1.3 Pin numbers must be unique (no two pins may have the same number)

I will act after guidance.

Fix all the mess i caused, updated all important images.

Maybe in this case something like BGA packages, with letter for the column and number for the line will be better
A Joel's comment in which i agree.
If also agreed here, inform me to start changing stuff.
I think it is better to change lib name to Transistor_IGBT_Module .
Inform me to start appling changes..
