File Character/Token Statistics
I append the character count to the file paths in the list_files output.
Informed Decision Making: This metadata allows the Agent to decide the best reading strategy:
Read the full file via read_file.
Perform a partial/range read.
Rely solely on the structural summary via list_code_definition_names to save tokens.
