For rocky 8,
qt5-qtsvg-develis also required. This PR updates theDocumentation/dev/build.mddoc to reflect this.I haven't tested the build on Centos 7, however since
qt5-qtsvg-develwas not included in the respective dependencies list I assume it works fine without.
